FIELDEN (Lancashire, S.E., Middleton)asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he has yet received a Report from the Committee which he appointed to inquire into the accommodation of prisoners awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Police Courts and at other Courts of Summary Jurisdiction; and, if so, whether he proposes to lay the Report before Parliament?
