§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.)said: After consulting with the First Commissioner of Her Majesty's Office of Works, I have come to the conclusion that there will be no objection to the re-opening of the subway front Palace Yard to the Thames Embankment to the public use.
