THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. RITCHIE) (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)

announced that he hoped a Paper would be in the Vote Office this evening giving the suggested numbers of the County Councils. This might be a convenience to hon. Members in view of the discussion on the subject.
