MR. ADDISON (Ashton-under-Lyne)

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Whether he can state what the Government proposes to do in respect to the amendment of the Law relating to Limited Liability?

THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. JACKSON) (Leeds, N.)

, in reply, said, that his right hon. Friend the Leader of the House (Mr. W. H. Smith) authorized him to state that there was every reason to hope that the Bill on that subject would be introduced in "another place" in a short time.
