It is this—Whether he can inform the House as to the truth of the report which appears in The Pall Mall Gazette and other papers to the effect that an aged man named John Foran was murdered last Saturday evening between Tralee and Listowel; and whether he is aware of the fact, as stated, that this John Foran has for some time past been boycotted and under police protection?
