O'KEEFFE (Limerick City)asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he can state the exact number of persons now imprisoned in Limerick Gaol under the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act, specifying the names of the prisoners, the lengths of their sentences, and the nature of offences for which they were convicted?

BALEFOUR) (Manchester, E.)The General Prisons Board report that since this Question first appeared upon the Paper some of the prisoners have been released on expiration of sentence. There are now in custody in the prison 13 persons convicted under the Statute quoted. I have been promised by to-night's post the names of these persons, together with the additional information required in the Question.
