SMITH) (Strand, Westminster), in reply, said, the Vote would not be taken that night; but it was intended to proceed with the Local Government Bill, the Committee on which might be com- 1415 pleted in the course of to-morrow. The Colonial Office Vote would be taken as the first Business after that.
