asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he has any further information to give to the House as to the case of Mr. Samuel M'Dermott, who has been employed in making up the lists of voters in Derry?

, in reply, said, the only further information he had received on the subject was a Report from the Clerk of the Union, to the effect that Mr. M'Dermott's employment with him had ceased before the end of last month.
