said, he should very much regret to interrupt the proceedings of the Local Government Bill that evening in order to take the Report of the Colonial Office Vote, on which an important discussion regarding Zululand was announced should be taken. He was aware that there was a desire on the part of some hon. Members to take the Report of the Vote that evening; but he should prefer to postpone it until to-morrow.
