HC Deb 02 July 1888 vol 328 cc77-8
THE LORD MAYOR OF DUBLIN (Mr. SEXTON) (Belfast, W.)

I wish to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether it is a fact, in reference to the case stated to the Court of Exchequer on the subject of Mr. O'Brien's conviction, that the Court has, in the Judgment delivered to-day, sent the case back to the magistrates?

THE CHIEF SECRETARY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR) (Manchester, E.)

I have no information on the point.
