§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. GOSCHEN) (St. George's, Hanover Square)The total amount of instalments due up to the 31st of January last was £50,910. Of this 1357 amount £2,702 was uncollected on that day; but £417 has since been collected, and the balance is in course of collection. The arrears on account of gales due before the gale day in November last are under £70.
