§ MR. OSBORNE MORGAN (Denbighshire, E.)asked the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether the Government have received the Report of the Royal Commission for arranging the electoral districts of Malta; and, whether they intend to present such Report when received to the House?
§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Baron HENRY DE WORMS) (Liverpool, East Toxteth), in reply, said, the Report had been received, and was included in the collection of Papers relating to the Constitution of Malta which were presented yesterday. The printing of these Papers vas nearly completed, and he hoped that they would be distributed in a very few days.
