HC Deb 21 February 1888 vol 322 c1008
MR. BARTLEY (Islington, N.)

Can the First Lord of the Treasury tell the House when we are likely to get through the Debate on the Address, and begin Public Business?

THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)

I am without information on the subject. But I hope the House of Commons will conclude the discussion on the Address either this evening or to-morrow.
