asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce a Bill this Session to deal with the questions of access into and exit from theatres?

The Government have now under their consideration the question of the greater safety in construction of theatres both in London and the Provinces, and the expediency of introducing a Bill dealing with the subject.
