SCHWANN(for Mr. WADDY) (Lincolnshire, Brigg)asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether the Government will lay upon the Table of the House a Return of the cases in which tenants in Ireland have put in operation the system of combination known as the "Plan of Campaign," stating the amount of rents originally claimed, the amounts offered by the tenants, the amounts finally accepted by the landlord; and, whether such amounts have been fixed by voluntary agreement between the parties, or by any official or legal authority?
