Metropolitan Police Office. Meeting in Hyde Park. Reform League. The following notice has been issued by the Chief Commissioner," and signed "Richard Mayne, the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis.
§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.)There was a public notice issued on the 17th of July, 1866. If this is what the hon. Member referred to, I shall have no objection to laying it upon the Table of the House. I am not aware of any other Order of that date.
