Motion made, and Question proposed, That a Bum, not exceeding £26,627, be granted to Her Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1889, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Lord Advocate's Department, and others connected with Criminal Proceedings in Scotland, including certain Allowances under the Act 15 and 16 Vic. c. 83.

said, he rose to move that the Chairman do report Progress, and to ask the right hon. Gentleman the First Lord of the Treasury when the Scotch Estimates would be further proceeded with?
