MR. J. E. ELLIS (Nottingham, Rushcliffe)

asked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether the Government intend to propose a Vote towards defraying the expenses of the Special Commission now sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice; and, in that case, when will it be proposed?

THE FIRST LORD (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)

I must refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave on this subject on the 12th ultimo, to which I have nothing to add. No Vote will be taken this Session.
