§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. P. B. ROBERTSON) (Bute)The Secretary for Scotland has considered the recommendation of the Fishery Board regarding this by-law, and has approved of their taking the ordinary course of advertising it in terms of the statute; and at the expiration of the statutory period of one month the by-law will be submitted for confirmation.
