WOODALL (Hanley)asked the President of the Board of Trade, What progress has been made in regard to the amended Rules drafted by the Departmental Committee for the better working of Section 122 of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1883;" whether the observations of the County Court Judges to whom they were referred have been considered; and, whether there is any probability of the new Rules being shortly put in force?
