§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Sir RICHARD WEBSTER) (Isle of Wight), said there was a clause upon which a question turned whether the Bill should extend to the Channel Islands, and one or two other matters that required consideration. He was not prepared to deal with those points at present, and suggested the Bill should be deferred.
