§ THE PRESIDENT (Mr. RITCHIE) (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)The matter is not one altogether free from doubt; but the conclusion at which I have arrived, from the advice which I have received on the subject, is that members of the Police Force will not be debarred from voting at the election of County Councillors.
