§ THE SECRETARY (Mr. JACKSON) (Leeds, N.)This Minute applies only to copyists whose original employment commenced before August 19, 1871, and continued without interruption until their transfer to the establishment. It does not apply to copyists whose continuous employment commenced at any later date.
