HC Deb 26 April 1888 vol 325 cc714-5

Order for Second Reading read.

MR. ARTHUR O'CONNOR (Donegal, E.)

said, with regard to this Bill, he would ask the Government to state that it should not be proceeded with until sufficient time had been allowed for its consideration. It was only issued to-day, and it was very voluminous, requiring some attention before it could be grasped in all its details. An interval of a fortnight or three weeks should be allowed.

MR. DILLWYN (Swansea, Town)

supported the suggestion of his hon. Friend.

Second Reading deferred till Thursday next.
