§ THE PRESIDENT (Mr. RITCHIE) (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)The Local Government Board have drawn up a Code of Model Regulations for the management of allotments under the Allotments Act, 1887, and it will shortly be issued and a copy sent to each Sanitary Authority. The Board have no definite information as to the number of cases in which the Sanitary Authorities have hired land for the purposes of the Act by voluntary arrangement.
