§ I have the honour to inform you that Mr. William O'Brien, M.P. for North East Cork, was arrested on warrant on 14th inst.; brought before me at Loughrea, county Galway, on 1605 15th inst., and released on bail to appear at Loughrea Petty Sessions on Thursday 19th inst.
