asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether his attention has been called to the insertion in the Return of Resident Magistrates (No. 89) opposite the name "O'Neill Segrave," and under the heading "former vocation," of the words "in the Army;" and, whether this gentleman admitted at the inquest at Michelstown that he had failed to obtain a Commission in the Army?
