SMITH) (Strand, Westminster)The Agricultural Department is not yet in possession of the £5,000 alluded to, nor has it a staff at its disposal yet for the needful inquiries. The Privy Council Office will be ready to receive applications for consideration by the Department which may be entrusted with the duty of dealing with them.
