MUNDELLA (Sheffield, Brightside)said, that the Leader of the House had promised to take into consideration the desirableness of sending this Bill, together with the Intermediate Education (Wales) (No. 2) Bill, to a Select Committee after they had been read a second time. In these circumstances, he would postpone moving the second reading for the present.
