PRICE (Monmouth, N.)asked the President of the Board of Trade, Whether he will take the necessary steps to obtain Treasury sanction to the issue of Civil Service Certificates, under the provisions of the Order in Council dated the 4th of June, 1870, to such member of the staff of the Chief Official Receiver in Bankruptcy as he may recommend, and who may be within the meaning of that order?
