§ Ordered, That the Committee of the Chairman's Panel have leave to make a Report:—
§ Mr. Campbell-Bannerman accordingly reported from the Chairman's Panel: That they had appointed Mr. Osborne Morgan to act as the Chairman of the Standing Committee for the Consideration of Bills relating to Law and Courts of Justice and Legal Procedure which may, by Order of the House, be committed to such Standing Committee.
§ Ordered, That the Report do lie upon the Table.
