§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. RITCHIE) (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)said, there had been a very large demand for copies of this Bill, 17,000 copies having been sold at the published price, which, undoubtedly, was a high one. He had made arrangements that within a few days copies of a cheap edition would be on sale at 3d. each.
