§ MR. PICKERSGILL (Bothnal Green, S.W.)said, he rose to move for an 162 Address for a Return showing, for each, of the years from 1881 to 1886 inclusive—(1) Total number of constables promoted to the rank of sergeant; (2) number of the above who at the time of their promotion either were over 35 years of age or had served in the force upwards of ten years.
