asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he could now make any statement as to the intention of the Lord Chancellor with respect to the two Dartmouth magistrates who had been guilty of misconduct on the public highway?

in reply, said, that the Lord Chancellor's Secretary had informed him that the Lord Chancellor was making inquiries as to the facts, and that the matter was still under consideration.
