§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand,1145 Westminster) said, he hoped the Army Votes might be taken on Wednesday; but he was not able to say positively. The order of procedure was that the Civil Service Votes would be taken first, after which the Navy Votes would be proceeded with, and then the Army Votes.
