asked, whether the Bill would be taken at any hour at which it might be reached on Monday?

Well, I think it must be taken on Monday under any circumstances; and I hope the House will make such progress in Supply as will enable us to proceed with it at a reasonable hour.

Is it the intention of the Government to take the Coal Mines, &c. Regulation Bill tomorrow?

Yes, it is.

asked, whether the Technical Schools (Scotland) Bill would be taken to-night?

said, he was afraid there was little chance of the Bill being taken to-night.
