ROWNTREE (Scarborough)asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether, in view of the present inequality of the law regarding solicitation in the streets, the Government will take steps next Session to alter the law so as to secure persons of both sexes alike from serious annoyance in the streets, and to make offenders of either sex equally liable to punishment?
