HC Deb 10 May 1887 vol 314 c1458
MR. BROADHURST (Nottingham, W)

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he can inform the House when he proposes to introduce the Employers' Liability Bill?

THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. STUART-WORTLEY) (Sheffield, Hallam)

(who replied) said: I have already informed the House that the Secretary of State will introduce this Bill at the earliest possible opportunity. The provisions of the Bill have been remodelled in many particulars since my last answer; and it has, therefore, been again in the hands of the draftsman, who has returned it to-day.
