§ MR. W. CRAWFORD (Durham, Mid)asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If he will promise not to take the next stages of the Coal Mines, &c, Regulation Bill after mid-might, on any night, so as to give time for discussion?
§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Mr. STUART-WORTLEY) (Sheffield, Hallam)(who replied) said: We adhere to the pledge given on April 28 as to the next stage. In the interests of the progress of the Bill, I had rather not name any hour after which any stages will not be taken.
