HC Deb 31 March 1887 vol 313 c74
MR. MACLUEE (Lancashire, S.E, Stretford)

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether his attention has been drawn to the reports of the examinations of George Chapman, J.P., a bankrupt, published in the Stock-port papers, in which he admitted very extensive breaches of trust and misappropriation of trust monies; and, whether he will call the attention of the Lord Chancellor to the matter?

THE SECEETAEY OF STATE (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.)

I have not seen the report of the proceedings in this case; but I have called the attention of the Lord Chancellor to the hon. Member's Question.
