§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES) (Cambridge University)The Post Office mad8 proposals to the Government of New Zealand for a Parcel Post as far back as December, 1885, and the negotiations were almost completed in May of last year, when the Government of New Zealand decided to postpone any such arrangement with this country until it had established an Inland Parcel Post. I will again call the attention of the Government of New Zealand to the matter, and urge the completion of this desirable arrangement.
