§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA (Sir JOHN GORST) (Chatham)said, the Secretary of State for India had called the attention of the Indian Government to the Merchandise Marks Bill, and recommended there should be legislation in India upon the subject.
