§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. W. H. SMITH) (Strand, Westminster), said: I am not able to say now when the House will proceed 1353 with the consideration of the Navy Estimates; but I agree with my noble Friend that when they are proceeded with it would be very desirable that Vote 10 should be taken first, and I will make arrangements accordingly.
