§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE (Sir JAMES FERGUSSON) (Manchester, N.E.)Ghazi Ahmed Mouktar Pasha is a high officer of the Sultan, and is not in any way employed by the Government of Egypt. It rests with the Sultan to recall him at his pleasure; 950 and, as far as Her Majesty's Government are aware, this has not yet been done.
