asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he could lay on the Table that evening his proposals with regard to the glebe purchasers and the purchasers under the "Bright Clauses" of the Land Act of 1881, so that the Irish Members might have an opportunity of consulting the people in Ireland who were interested in these matters?
