§ MR. DILLON (Mayo, E.)gave Notice that on the Committee of the Distressed Unions (Ireland) Bill he should move that it be an Instruction to the Committtee to provide for loans being granted at a low rate of interest, as recommended by the Report of the Inquiry Commission.
§ MR. SPEAKERsaid, the Bill was on the Paper for that evening, and the Resolution of the hon. Member would require one day's clear Notice.
