§ Resolved, That the Chairman be directed to move the House, that leave he given to bring in a Bill to enable Voters in towns and districts in the Province of Ulster to prevent the common sale of Intoxicating Liquors, or otherwise to have effectual control over the Drink Traffic within such areas.
