MR. SPEAKER

informed the House, that he had received from the Judges for the time being on the Rota for the trial of Election Petitions in England the Certificate and Report relative to the Buckrose Division of the East Riding of the County of York, and the same was read. Ordered, That the Clerk of the Crown do attend this House forthwith with the last Return for the East Riding of the County of York (Buckrose Division), and amend the same by striking out the name of William Alexander M'Arthur, esquire. The Clerk of the Crown attending, amended the Return accordingly.
