I do not find my Notice on the Paper, and, therefore, I wish to know whether you have ruled it to be out of Order?
§ MR. SPEAKERThis being a Monday, and the first Order of the day being for the consideration of Supplementary Estimates in Committee of Supply, it will be my duty the moment the Order is read to leave the Chair, without putting the Question.
§ MR. SEXTONShall I have any other opportunity of bringing the Motion forward?
§ MR. SPEAKERThe hon. Member will have an opportunity of moving the Resolution of which he has given Notice when the regular Estimates come on.
