§ MR. CHANCE (Kilkenny, S.)I happen to notice that this Bill, though down for Second Reading, has not yet been printed. The subject of Criminal Procedure is one that is interesting to us, and I shall find it necessary to oppose the Motion for Second Reading, unless we hear from the Treasury Bench 845 that it is the intention to print and circulate the Bill within the next few days.
